Esperienza fantastica: Un luogo di terapia piacevole e ben curato, situato in Dufourstrasse. Particolarmente pratico per i pazienti del Centro del dolore nello stesso posto al piano stesso. Diverse sale di terapia con diversi terapisti estremamente amichevoli e competenti. Inoltre, c'è una sala di allenamento con diverse attrezzature per il potenziamento muscolare terapeutico. Grande stanza per i servizi igienici e per le docce, con asciugamani forniti. Tutte le stanze sono molto pulite e luminose. Punto di fornitura di acqua minerale/tè. Orari di terapia molto flessibili.

Esperienza fantastica: Sono in trattamento da alcuni mesi presso Wellsana, Kevin Ringwald, a causa di un infortunio al piede prolungato (infortunio alla caviglia superiore incluso il sistema linfatico). Raccomando volentieri Wellsana. Kevin Ringwald è un ascoltatore attento e bravo che padroneggia il suo mestiere di fisioterapista. Affinché il trattamento porti risultati a lungo termine, è sempre necessario anche un impegno attivo e un (sforzo di) esercizio da parte del paziente. Grazie mille, Kevin!

Esperienza fantastica: Dopo solo una settimana di trattamento, Roland Winter mi ha restituito la qualità della vita! È riuscito a fare ciò che non era possibile in mesi di trattamento terapeutico e dopo dolori insopportabili a causa di un'ernia del disco acuta. I trattamenti di Roland mi hanno permesso di avere maggiore mobilità e hanno notevolmente ridotto il dolore. Lo slogan dello studio 'Iniziamo dove gli altri si fermano' si applica a me al 100%. Posso assolutamente raccomandarlo. Sa cosa fa, è assolutamente competente, coinvolge il paziente e può davvero aiutarti con i problemi ai dischi!

Esperienza fantastica: Inga is absolutely amazing! She fixed my sore hip and shoulder, she used dry needling and lots of massages and shock wave therapy. I had constant pain in my side which is now gone. She also showed me a lot of excercises I can do at home to make sure the injury doesn’t come back! She’s great, highly recommend. Esperienza fantastica: Ich gehe nun seit einiger Zeit zu Herr Ringwald in die Physiotherapie. Das arbeiten nach Liebscher und Bracht, insbesondere die Osteopressur, die Dehnübungen nach L&B und die Bindegewebemassagen bei Herr Ringwald haben zu tollen Verbesserungen und grossen Fortschritten geführt was meine myofasziale Schmerzproblematik betrifft. Wobei mir keine klassische Physiotherapie mehr weiterhelfen konnte, erlebte ich bei der Wellsana lange ersehnte Verbesserungen. Herr Ringwald ist freundlich, zuverlässig und sehr kompetent. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Esperienza fantastica: Was für ein Glücksgriff! Tolle Praxis und einfühlsame Therapeuten, die wirklich zuhören und auf einen eingehen. Wie auch beim anderen Standort (Santewell an der Missionsstrasse) wird hier Wert auf ganzheitliche Behandlung gelegt. Florian Müller bietet ein enorm weites Spektrum an verschiedenen Behandlungsmethoden an. Er behandelt nicht nur isoliert die problematische/schmerzende Stelle (wie leider die meisten Physiotherapeuten, denen ich begegnet bin - und das sind einige...), sondern betrachtet die Auswirkungen auf den ganzen Körper und behandelt entsprechend. Besondere Erwähnung verdient auch Elena Iserloth, die als Physiotherapeutin mit derselben Philosophie arbeitet und mit praktischen, alltagstauglichen Ideen punktet (so dass man die Übungen zu Hause tatsächlich macht...), und auch Fussreflexzonenmassage anbietet, was sie einfach nur umwerfend macht. Nach der ersten Sitzung war ich so entspannt wie seit Jahren nicht mehr!!! Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Esperienza fantastica: Florian is an absolute master at his craft; knowledgable, skillful, professional, empathetic, and patient. His mix of massage and exercises for therapy have been highly beneficial, and the results really speak to why he is highly sought after and can be booked over a month in advance. I have absolutely no trouble communicating with him in English, and I always leave the office feeling that my concerns were heard and addressed. The Wellsana office is a short walk from the Aeschenplatz or Bankverein tram stops, and there's also bike parking right out front of the building. A really great asset to the practice is the bright and well-ventilated mini-gym clients can use before and after their session. I've found it includes the equipment I need, including the new Swiss-made "Sensopro" machine that is hard to find in town. I've been very happy coming to Wellsana to see Florian, and I highly recommend him to treat your injuries or chronic pain. Their online registration system really makes it easy to schedule my appointments (and also available in English!). On the very few occasions he's been unavailable, I've also seen Elena and Vanessa, who are excellent therapists as well. You can really see the passion Florian and his staff have for the profession, and I've certainly been really pleased with the results. Thank you!

Ho una disabilità motoria dalla nascita e le mie limitazioni e esigenze sono molto complesse. Esperienza fantastica: Ho problemi al ginocchio, il chirurgo ha detto che c'è un danno alla cartilagine, eventualmente una protesi parziale. Ho provato inizialmente con una terapia normale, non ho avuto successo. Grazie alla terapia del dolore Liebscher & Bracht non ho più dolori. Il signor Kevin Ringwald è un terapeuta gentile e competente. Non posso che raccomandare la fisioterapia Wellsana.

Esperienza positiva: Non posso dire com'è stata la massaggio per linfedema, ma posso raccontare come sono finito senza riceverla. Sembra che ci sia stato un errore con la prenotazione, e avevano 2 persone prenotate alla stessa ora, non si sono resi conto che c'era un errore da parte loro. Ero abbastanza contrariato che non abbiano cercato di capire quale delle due persone avesse bisogno del drenaggio linfatico prima o con maggiore urgenza. Alla fine non ne ho ricevuto nessuno per nessun motivo. Non potevo venire il giorno dopo, poiché avevo prenotato espressamente il massaggio proprio prima di un lungo viaggio di lavoro in cui devo portare bagagli e uno strumento musicale da 10 chili. Ora devo viaggiare con un braccio gonfio. Non so i motivi per cui non abbiano nemmeno fatto uno sforzo per conoscere la mia situazione (perché avevo bisogno del massaggio e quanto potesse essere grave la situazione) e chi dei due avrebbe dovuto riceverlo. Sembrava dalla loro parte che fosse ovvio che fossi io a 'perdere' l'ora (forse perché sembro più giovane?). Chissà se l'altra persona poteva tornare il giorno dopo, io non potevo di certo perché viaggiavo lo stesso giorno. Apprezzo lo sforzo della massaggiatrice che mi ha fatto una breve chiamata per cercare di aiutarmi. Pensavo avrebbe suggerito alcuni consigli per l'auto-massaggio, ma non ho ricevuto nulla, bensì il suggerimento di una benda compressiva e l'indicazione di farmi fare un massaggio nel paese in cui vado. Poiché vado per 2 giorni di lavoro molto intensi, ho solo domenica libera, e tutto è chiuso, quindi viaggerò di nuovo per lavoro in una piccola città in montagna senza centri medici. Bene... spero di non dover correre al pronto soccorso durante una delle mie prove e concerti dal vivo. Credo che nel campo medico sia necessario essere più saggi e sapere quali sono i casi da affrontare davanti ai professionisti e valutare cosa deve essere curato per primo. Quando si prendono decisioni sui pazienti alla cieca, si potrebbe negare aiuto a qualcuno e causare involontariamente più danni, piuttosto che far aspettare un'altra persona in sicurezza per 24 ore. Nulla è successo per ora, ma devo comunque prendere il treno, vediamo domani e dopodomani...

After 4 sessions with Florian, my hip pain is massively reduced and I am back to running along the Rhine! Nach ein Jahr nicht erfolgreiche Therapien habe ich Wellsana gefunden. Jetzt geht es mir schon viel besser und bin hier zufrieden. Ich empfehle weiter. :)

Esperienza fantastica: TipTop Behandlung. War bei Florian und Inga zur Knie Behandlung und ich bin begeistert wie schnell die Therapie anschlägt. Es sind keine "HuschHusch" Behandlungen, wie ich das schon bei anderen Physiotherapie Einrichtungen erlebt habe, sondern sie haben sich Zeit genommen und wirklich nach der Schmerzursache gesucht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung und dazu mag ich die hellen Räumen, sodass man während der Behandlung auch mal aus dem Fenster träumen kann ;-)

Esperienza fantastica: Professionnelle, zielführende und nachaltige Behandlung. Ich hatte seit Monaten Schmerzen im Nacken und der Schulter wodurch die Beweglichkeit meines rechten Armes deutlich beeinträchtigt war. Eine Behandlung beim Chiropraktiker schaffte das Nackenproblem aus den Weg, aber mehrere Versuche meine Schulterschmerzen zu beseitigen blieben erfolglos. Mir wurde Physiotherapie verschrieben. Allerdings war meine vergangene Erfahrung mit Physiotherapie nicht sonderlich gut. Eine Bekannte empfahl mir dann die Wellsana Praxis. Ich war dann sehr überrascht, dass bereits nach wenigen Sitzungen bei Inga Dammann eine deutliche Besserung erreicht werden konnte. Der Fall stellte sich als Kombination mehrerer Pathologien heraus, war also kompliziert. Inzwischen ist die Behandlung beendet und meine Schulter sowie der Arm haben ihre vollständige Mobilität zurückerlangt. Ich bin vollständig Beschwerdenfrei. Was mir bei Inga Dammann besonders gut gefallen hat, sind: - die professionnelle, systematische Ursachensuche (statt trial and error) - die kompetente Behandlung durch Anwendung multipler Methoden, die auf das jeweilige Problem abgestimmt sind - die gute genaue Erklärung von Übungen für die Nachhaltigkeit der Heilung - der unkomplizierte Umgang

My clinical needs are related to a traffic accident I had more than 20 years ago that left me with important neurological and orthopedic consequences. Under the skillful competences and gentle touch of Mrs. Inga Dammann my internal organs, my back and my mind regain vitality and lightness, a bliss that I can feel in my entire body. Inga has the very rare ability to combine her expertise in osteopathie, cranosacraltherapie and taping and to tailor them to the needs of the patient. She clearly explains me, very professionally and crystal-clear the what, how and why of every treatment. Wellsana is also very well located near the Kunstmuseum in the center of Basel, with excellent public transport service, car parking possibilities and bike trails. After the physio, I love to indulge myself in a mindful walk, stopping to sketch some of the beautiful Basler historical corners, feeling inside the many benefits of the therapy.

Ich liebe die Faszien-Massage nach Liebscher & Bracht. Es geht mir so viel besser danach. Und er zeigt sehr effektive Übungen mit dem Theraband, die ich zu Hause gut selber machen kann.

Esperienza fantastica: Mit meiner facettenreichen und niederschmetternden Diagnose eines Bandscheibenvorfalls - mit prognostiziertem progredientem Verlauf -habe ich bei Florian Müller, Wellsana, die nötige Unterstützung und Hilfe gefunden. Mein Ziel: ohne Operation wieder ganz gesund werden. Nun befinde ich mich auf der Zielgerade und werde dank der ganzheitlichen Physiotherapie (Dorn, Dry Needling etc) und speziell für mich ausgewählten Dehnungs- und Kraftübungen bald wieder wie ein junges Reh rumhüpfen können. Natürlich muss ich täglich an meiner Muskulatur arbeiten, doch seit ich genau weiss, wie die gezielten Übungen durchzuführen sind, ist es eine Fleissarbeit, die erst noch Spass macht. Das Resultat ist unbezahlbar: mehr Beweglichkeit und Lebensqualität! ...und natürlich empfehle ich all meinen Freundinnen und Freunden Wellsana weiter.

Esperienza fantastica: I have started physiotherapie in Wellsana after a spine fracture which required surgery. With Ronald I feel in really good and experienced hands, very good massage treatment. The way he explains you where the problem is and the purpose of the the exercises makes sense and helps me improving everyday. The building is very well situated in the center, easy to reach and provides the patients with a little but well equipped gym for training. I can only recommend it!
