Esperienza fantastica: Update: I was also treated by Laura, who is lovely, informative and very capable, especially for pregnancy women and pelvic floor (same with Sara). Please treat yourself to some TLC from these people! I was recommended Reha Prime for physiotherapy by my gynaecologist, specifically in the care of Sara. I am so lucky, within 4 visits (110 mins) my pain has been treated and my fitness levels/motivation have increased. This is a great place, the staff are lovely and I am so grateful to Sara for her care. I had one session with Emilio and he was also brilliant. The studio is very well equipped and most importantly they make it easy for anyone to get fit- I have seen children and dogs. I plan to stay here post baby. I really recommend this place. U deserve it!

Also she keeps asking if you are feeling fine in-between which helps to modify if need be. Very happy with her help and definitely see an improvement with my cervical spondylosis.

Esperienza fantastica: Amazing Team and Reha Experience! I started with ReHa Prime for therapy after my ACL knee surgery with Amil, and then switched to Pregnancy+ Pelvic Floor with Sara. Towards the end of my therapy, I trained with Amilio (from more a return-to-sport perspective). From the beginning of my experience until the last training, I always felt very welcomed by all the staff. It's also possible to train in between appointments (highly recommended!) To utilize their facilities. The reception staff are also super friendly and very well organised! The Physios are amazing! Sara definitely influenced my positive birth experience and guided me through the last month's of the pregnancy, and then also postpartum training. I definitely would not be in the same position if it wasn't for her help! I can't recommend her enough ❤️ My experience with Amilio was also fantastic. He was super knowledgeable about the path I needed to take and his enthusiasm was incredible . I feel so much more confident about my Trainings going forward, having spent a few weeks with him. Being active himself, he knew + understood how important it was that I be able to do sports again! One of the best advantages I was able to utilise, was that all the Physios work excellent as a team. Sara was able to take over from Amil with my knee/pregnancy relevent training and then afterwards, Amilio and Sara worked seamlessly on creating a plan that I could use going forward with. The team is so enthusiastic about my recovery and it really made the whole experience so enjoyable! I can't recommend them enough! Definitely the best in Glattpark/Oerlikon/Opfikon

I was referred to physiotherapy by a foot surgeon with the hope of eliminating a painful tendon and toe issue I had been dealing with for a year. Not only has my therapist worked with me to reduce, then eliminate the pain, but he has also given me the tools and exercises to continue working on to avoid any future surgery. I am very grateful to Florian for his work and dedication.

Nach meiner Kreuzband- und Meniskusoperation haben mich Dennis und Patrick spezifisch für den Fußball wieder aufgebaut. Meine Erfahrungen mit beiden Therapeuten waren sehr positiv. Sie waren sehr kompetent und haben mir geholfen, meine Verletzung zu heilen und meine Beweglichkeit und Stärke im Hinblick auf den Fußball wiederherzustellen. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von ihrer Fähigkeit, auf meine individuellen Bedürfnisse als Fußballspieler einzugehen und mir eine maßgeschneiderte Behandlung und Rehabilitation anzubieten. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir zu erklären, wie ich mich selbst pflegen kann, um weitere Verletzungen zu vermeiden und meine Leistung auf dem Spielfeld zu verbessern. Die Praxis war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich würde Dennis und Patrick auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach erfahrenen und kompetenten Physiotherapeuten ist, insbesondere für Sportler, die nach einer Verletzung spezifisch für ihre Sportart wieder aufgebaut werden müssen. Esperienza fantastica: Die Massage bei Patricia ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich kam mit drei tägigen Kopfschmerzen zu ihr und ging wieder ohne nach Hause.

Esperienza fantastica: Nach einer Hüftfraktur war ich über längere Zeit, vorallem aufgrund Rückenschmerzen, bei Patrick Peter (Physiotherapeut) in Behandlung. Vorab sehr hervorzuheben war die schnelle Möglichkeit einen Ersttermin zu vereinbaren (<24h). Patrick selber habe ich als sehr aufgeschlossen, äusserst kompetent und überaus freundlich erlebt. Er ist sehr kompetent und geht auf die Bedürfnisse ein. Die Räume sind sehr modern und die langen Öffnungszeiten ermöglichen es auch einen Termin am Abend zu bekommen. The space is very open, bright and airy and there are several physiotherapists, each with their unique set of skills. I've been working with different therapists and Sara, Florian and Emilio deserve a special mention. They are not only great at their job, but they also genuinely care. Additionally, I'd like to mention Rafa (admin), who's extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Reha Prime Team!

Esperienza fantastica: 100% Recommended Clinic in Zürich to treat sport injuries. Went to Reha-Prime at Glattpark to review a knee injury which appeared after a tennis match. Once at the clinic, Amel attended me quickly and efficiently by explaining me the recommendation of the treatment, which turned out to be excellent: rather than focusing on simply removing the pain, he suggested to discover the root of the pain, to understand why it happened and then take it from there. I think that has been the best decision I could take, as now I understand what caused it, and I am actively working to cure it, so I can prevent from happening again in the future. The rest of the treatment I am doing it at the RehaPrime in Hardbrucke as it is more convenience to me. There, the doctor, team and specially Davide are doing a great job preparing me to go back to the court stronger and safer than ever.

Amel's working attitude is very professional, he possesses excellent communication skills and because of that I can highly recommend him.

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastic physiotherapy center with very friendly and professional staff, especially Rafa at the front desk who has always been so helpful and accommodating. I have been seeing Patricia, the massage therapist, for various issues all year and have always been wholly satisfied with her work. I definitely recommend trying her massages! Recently I started seeing Sara Polo for my pregnancy-related physiotherapy and I have to say that I am super impressed! Her extensive knowledge and expertise was apparent from the very first session and she has always made me feel very comfortable. I feel like she genuinely cares and is always adjusting my therapy to meet my needs, even switching to home visits when my doctor placed me on bed rest. I am learning so much from her and can’t recommend her enough!

Esperienza fantastica: Die Schwangerschaftsmassage bei Patricia ist nur zu empfehlen. Seit ich zu ihr gehe, habe ich weniger Beschwerden und bin allgemein viel entspannter! Sie macht es wirklich super, ich werde auch noch nach der Schwangerschaft zu ihr gehen! Auch die Physiotherapie bei Lena ist top. Sie konnte mir viele Übungen zeigen, um meine Rückenschmerzen zu entlasten und mich auf die Geburt vorbereiten. Lena und Patricia sind einfach super Therapeutinnen!

Esperienza fantastica: Treated here a broken collarbone after a bike accident. I immediately started after my surgery having physio sessions every two days. Had a great recovery experience, everything is working very efficient and effortless, the stuff is very friendly but also very helpful taking over the communication with your doctor. I got treated by Amel, very professional and passionate therapist, i liked a lot the bidirectional communication we had and how he explained me everything during my recovery.

Esperienza fantastica: I have been visiting reha-prime for my shoulder injury. Tijana and Amal are 2 fantastic therapists that have helped me a lot with the shoulder pain. In particular the stretching with Tijana and the trigger points with Amal are very helpful for me to regain the lost range of motion. Before I came to reha-prime my shoulder would hurt already when i would grab something from the top shelf cupboard or put on my jacket. But since working together with Tijana and Amal all the regular daily things can be done effortlessly and without pain. I can highly recommend coming to reha-prime.

Esperienza fantastica: Tolle und moderne Praxis. Ich bin seit rund 3 Monaten bei Patrick wegen einem Meniskusriss in der Physiotherapie. Zu berichten habe ich bisher nur Positives: Patrick nahm sich sehr viel Zeit für unser Erstgespräch. Er zeigte mir anhand von Modellen und Grafiken wie und was genau in Knie passiert und welche Muskeln gezielt traniert/aufgebaut werden müssen um einen guten Heilungsprozess zu ermöglichen. Während den Trainings-/Therapiesessionen war Patrick sehr aufmerksam und motivierend. Er zeigte und demonstrierte die Übungen gleich selbst, das fand ich toll. Auch findet Patrick immer motivierende Worte und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass sich Patrick sehr um die Gesundheit und den Heilungsprozess der Patienten kümmert!

Esperienza fantastica: I had growing pain in my knee which was limiting my ability to go running as well as bothering me often while I was walking. Already after few sessions with Patrick at Reha-Prime Glattpark the pain has disappeared and I was able to go running without any discomfort. The exercises I am doing with Patrick are also strengthening my muscles and guiding me in making the right movements to prevent the pain from coming back in the future. I am very happy with the service and results obtained so far.

I visited in the past different praxis but so far Reha-Prime is my favorite one and I will strongly recommend. Modern, well set up with a lot of various sports equipment. My trainer Patrick helped me a lot during those months focusing on exercises that I can also repeat at home easily. He is well prepared, approachable, encouraging and involving me with easy explanations on every step we are going trough. I am also recommending MTT training I have started and found particularly beneficial in my case

Physiotherapist Thomas is very professional, he took care perfectly of my shoulder, demonstrating skills and expertise. He is always sociable.
